Fresh and clean with a cool hangout space in the lobby, the gym has great equipment and there’s a fun pancake machine for breakfast. Staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for the concert we attended. However, the room lacked a closet, and while there were pegs to hang clothes, it felt a bit limited. The bathroom amenities could use more variety since the provided options were just basic shower dispensers, and there was no place to store personal soap. Would consider staying again despite some minor drawbacks.

The coffee bar served lukewarm coffee during breakfast, but at least the pancake machine was a fun touch. Room equipped with a folding shower chair, although it was missing a foot.

The shuttle service isn't 24/7, which led to some confusion about pickup times, especially since information wasn't clear on the website. The rubber flange at the bottom of the shower was loose, causing water leakage. Additionally, the TV had functionality issues, adding to the overall frustration during the stay.

Great spot for layovers!

This place was perfect for me and my mom during our Austin layover. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. The only thing was the shuttle service isn't 24/7, so plan ahead! Loved the welcome bag for Hilton honors members with water and chips. Oh, and the snack bar had some good options too!

Amazing dining spots nearby! The tapas at the local joint blew my mind! Also, the gym had killer equipment, and I loved the tea station, just a cozy vibe all around.

However, I did feel a bit uneasy with some loitering around the property. A guy caused a ruckus during breakfast which was a tad off-putting. The room wasn’t cooling well enough, adding to my discomfort.

not only did I not get the top floor as specifically requested, but the noisy people above kept me from sleeping. Then, to top it off, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but received nothing. sure, the breakfast was good, but honestly, how hard is it to accommodate special requests? I just couldn’t give a good review.

the rooms are sleek and well-maintained. the free shuttle service to the airport was a real time-saver. snacks and complimentary water upon arrival were a nice touch too.
